On Sunday August 3rd from 2:00 to 3:30, Judith, Dana, and the Germantown library’s fleet of Finch robots invite children entering 3rd to 6th grade to a robotics workshop in the Makerspace

• Code the Finch robot to make geometric shapes

• Get those shapes to spin

• Make some of those designs even more complex in a language called TurtleArt

This workshop is designed for 8 – 12-year-olds who are either new to coding or who have some coding experience. It will be especially engaging for children who love color, art and geometry!

If you have a tablet to use for the workshop, please bring it with you.
