We’re trying something new at The Germantown Library: a Maker Camp!
Our first Maker Camp is open to 20 children per day in grades K – 5.
• Campers may sign-up for one or two days for $50 a day. (We’ve tried to keep costs as low as possible and are unable to offer a sibling discount at this time.)
• Please RSVP for each camper. And ALSO complete this form: https://bit.ly/TGLMakerCampApril2024
• Email Gabe to be added to the waiting list: communication@germantownlibrary.org
Camp will take place in the Hover Room and Makerspace (lower level parking lot) with local, walkable trips to the Palatine Park Playground and Trail. Campers will engage in crafts, book-related games + activities, cooking, and lots more. Our camp is led by beloved GCS elementary teachers Hannah Benham (Computer Technology) and Cheryl Werner (Library) and will feature special guests on each day.
Campers should pack:
• a water bottle
• an allergy-free lunch
• a spare set of clothes (t-shirt, pants, socks)—just in case things get painty + muddy.
We will supply the snacks . . . including some that campers make!
