Yoga with Regina • Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:45 a.m. • $10 a class; all levels welcome • Hover Room Just one in-person session with Regina will boost your energy level + brighten your mood. Take time to focus on your balance, breath, and strength. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and $10 to give directly to the instructor.
